i’ve never…

…ever had heard of a balaclava until about a few weeks ago. {but why} i guess i’ve just never been that cold {said the girl that grew up in sunny southern california}. as i’ve mentioned before tommy is away. he can talk about very few things on his end. one thing he can tell me though is about the weather. he says it’s cold {surprising to me because he always seems to be much warmer than me. he likes to sleep with a single blanket. i like about three to snuggle under} so he requested a balaclava {a.k.a. an extra long beanie with a hole for your eyes}. so i sent him not one but two to choose from. i would have loved to send him something along the lines of this & would have loved to see the look {& hear his laugh} when he opened the package containing it.
