like & love

{call me mushy. call me lovey dovey. but i still wanted to share my like & love list for mr. mac. i don’t usually share notes that i write to him but i thought i’d try something new.} i’m lucky enough to hear from tommy almost every day {usually fifteen minute phone calls. that’s his limit} but the other day i hadn’t heard from him and when i went to lay down i started to miss him a bit more than usual. so i wrote him a note {i love making lists. so it’s no surprise that my note to my sweet other-half turn into a like & love list} {loving:this poster}

today i missed getting a big smile on my face from your daily phone call.
{lately i honestly cannot help myself}
i love hearing your voice.
i like to know you’re safe.
i like to tell you i love you.
i like how you tease me just the right amount {& make me laugh}.
i love telling you how our love.bump is doing.
i love how his little kicks are getting stronger {& how they scare me a little bit every once in a while}.
i love how i was distracted in class today when i saw my hand jump a tad bit while i touched our bump.
i love how this precious little gift is just as much me and it is you.
i love the thought of watching you hold him in your {hairy} arms for the first time
{oh yes- that reminds me… of how i love that your hairyness is one our little jokes}
i love our little one.
